Before I reached out to Lisa, I was literally in chaos. I had just hired a salesperson to help us organize our sales process at MicroAge Richmond. We were looking to sell our home and managing two kids in elementary school while getting our home ready for sale and showings. There were a lot of pressure coming from all sides personal and business.
Working with Bloom Business Development in the Great Vancouver area, helped me and MicroAge Richmond focus our attention for our ideal client.
Once we were able to identify what we needed to focus on, it became clear what needed to go and what needed to be improved on.

The empowering environment created by Lisa gave me the confidence to dream bigger and to share those dreams with others. The course materials provided the perfect prompts to help me create smart plans for my goals.
I was surprised by the stats on how many thoughts we have per day and how many of them are so repetitive. It has inspired me to really evaluate how I spend my time and create routines for myself and family that allow us to clear our mental clutter so we can focus on the important things.

The program “opened my eyes” in creating a balance between personal-growth and business-growth. I have now allocated at least an hour every morning to myself. i.e. ignore distractions, exercise, read, meditate etc., before I start my morning. This contributes towards my health and wellness and results in a more productive day.
I loved the My Life on Purpose 12 Month Planner Lisa designed and provided at the in-person event. It helped me dig deep and write down the goals and dreams that came to mind. The planner helped me to adopt the SMART approach while holding myself accountable to specific goals and timelines.
Lisa had draw prizes during her workshop. I was lucky enough to win the book “You are the Placebo – Making your mind matter” by Dr. Joe Dispenza. I am about halfway through reading it… and honestly, it’s a game changer and highly recommended.

Time is a valuable resource and Lisa gives practical strategies to respect wise use of time through strategies affirmed by Stephen Covey’s Seven Habits of Highly Effective People.
Lisa is excellent at guiding you through the discussion to lead you to discover pain points in your life and in your business so that you can take action on them. I then received a very impressive “follow up file” shortly after our meeting with suggested action steps to turn my pains into profit. Lisa truly knows how to draw out the best in people.
I was so impressed by Lisa that I invited her to speak at our monthly Vancouver Mompreneur group meeting, where she presented and hosted a mini workshop. Lisa had them captivated from the start with her welcoming but firm commanding presence. The ladies loved her and ate up every tip she shared. I would welcome her back on stage anytime. She is a 100% giver and her energy is contagious!
