Mompreneur - Lisa van Reeuwyk

A little bit about Lisa van Reeuwyk

…and no there won’t be spelling test at the end!

A born and raised BC girl, Lisa van Reeuwyk works as a coach to professional women and entrepreneurs all over the world thanks to social media and video chat technology. She is part marketing guru with a dash of media maven and a super sized helping of mindfulness, organization and passion.

Lisa van Reeuwyk- Holistic Business Coach

Educated and trained in visual communications, marketing, business and digital video production, Lisa enjoyed a successful career in the fast paced television industry for many years. As head of production at a Vancouver based production company, Lisa went on to produce, host and distribute hundreds of episodes for broadcasters around the globe including PBS, Global, TSN and Shaw with series like Wings Over Canada, Discovering Great Towns, Canadian Biography Moments and Driver’s Seat TV.

Lisa’s thirst for knowledge and adventure led her to produce and host travel documentary series. Her work took her from the Arctic to Hawaii and many stops in-between. Interviewing people from all walks of life was a life-changing experience where she realized her ability to connect with people.

But that all changed.

Happy-Boxes-life coach-

The first week of October in 2008 her dad abruptly lost his battle to cancer. The second week of October Lisa was re-structured out of her job with no options before her as her industry was crippled by the devastating housing bust in the USA .

Lisa found herself without a father, without a job and a toddler at home. She had a big decision to make.

Traveling extensively, closing big dollar deals, producing and hosting television shows while running a growing production company taught her a lot. Inspired by her father, a successful businessman and negotiator, Lisa happily took on the challenge of entrepreneurship.

Lisa van Reeuwyk switched gears in 2009 and launched Bloom Business Development and later Bloom Lisa Coaching, coaching individuals and businesses to harness big dreams and arm them with the daily tools to create an abundant life.

Through individual sessions, workshops and public speaking Lisa’s mission is to support leaders, innovators and visionaries like you, to lock the scattered puzzle pieces of life and fill it in from the outside edges.

In 2015, Lisa launched a new workshop, Conversations for Success with the internationally acclaimed non-profit group, Dress For Success, highlighting the critical role that you play in creating your own life and living a life that you love.

Since then, she has been speaking, leading and presenting her work to crowds of all sizes and coaching more and more professionals to as she likes to say: work, live and play in FULL bloom.

The numbers are in and it IS the era of the business woman. Lisa is passionate about women rising up into leadership roles and changing the face of business. #strongertogether

I know you follow some Abraham Hick’s stuff and ACIM. Have you ever watched any of the videos with Story Waters? He’s got ample on YouTube. I never read the Seth books but he channels Seth and another. I’ve been listening to their most recent workshop. Very cool, mind-blowing stuff. May not be your cup of tea, but thought of you.
